I'm glad some researchers dove into those numbers. Too often when a cat has osteosarcoma, their parents are told "don't worry about it, it hardly ever metastasizes in cats." It's such a rare condition but we see it here enough to know that sadly, it often results in metastasis. 40% is a large number.
I hope studies like this will encourage more vet oncologists to discuss chemotherapy treatments for cat parents dealing with this disease.

I'm glad to see the info, studies, and research trickling in for cats. One day cat owners won't be so frustrated with the lack of information. That's my hope and prayer anyway.
